a. Ticket Refunds:

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

b. Ticket Transfers:

  1. QR-Code Gallery Services

a. No Refunds on Digital Services:

Due to the personalized nature of our QR-code gallery services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated.

b. Service Issues:

If you experience any issues with your QR-Code gallery, please contact our customer support at support@ukuse.com within 7 days of the event. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  1. QR-Code T-Shirts, Tags, and Cards

a. Returns and Exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at support@ukuse.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with return instructions.

b. Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error we made.

c. Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
